Ok so it requires more work than that, but not much.
The DanTraveling (us) site on YouTube will be donating half of the revenues from it's Adsense account. for July, August and September to the American Diabetes Association. You know, those little ads put out by Google on just about every blog know to mankind. In YouTube's case they are the ads that appear along side and under "Partner" videos when they are played on YouTube's site.

Our latest video from is about the North Carolina Backcountry, A Moravian settlement and the French and Indian War encampment that occured this summer. It is set at Bethabara Park and features many costumed re-enactors describing life back in the seventeen hundreds. The video shows mounted Calvary, tents, herb gardens, historic buildings and even some ham cooking in a pot over an open fire.

But the offer to donate to the Diabetes Association is not limited to this one video, it applies to all the travel related videos on the site. Every quarter DanTraveling picks another charity to donate half the revenues to.
So far this year we have sent a donation to the Alzheimer Association and the Federation of the Blind.
So all you need to do is watch the video and if you see an ad that interests you, click away! And help the American Diabetes Association!
